Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

  • The item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used makeup products

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened hair care products

  • Personal care items that have been used

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • JazzCash

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment method.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Pak Beautify will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
